1- CPGH Digital Services in most cases are developed according to the specific needs of each client, therefore there is no fixed price.
2- CPGH Digital Services have two prices; one for developing them (you pay only once) and the other for maintenance (which is paid annually in advance and non-refundable).
3- CPGH Digital will not charge for advisory.
4- CPGH Digital will request an advance of 50% of the price of the service to begin its development, an amount that is not refundable under any circumstances.
5- CPGH Digital will request the remaining 50% once the service is completed and delivered to the customer. This payment must be made within 30 days otherwise the service will be canceled.
6- CPGH Digital will request the annual maintenance payment once the service is completed and delivered to the customer. This payment must be made within 30 days otherwise the service will be canceled.
7- CPGH Digital has the right to cancel the service if the annual maintenance fee has not been paid. This applies even when the client has paid in full (100%) the value for the development of the service.
8- CPGH Digital will request the renewal of each annual maintenance fee within 30 days, otherwise, the service will be canceled.
9- CPGH Digital will give the customer an estimated delivery time, the customer understands that it is normal for there to be delays in the development of the service.
10- CPGH Digital guarantees to deliver a quality product developed to measure and to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
11- CPGH Digital gives its customer the freedom and the right to cancel any service at any time, in this case, the customer is not entitled to any claim or monetary compensation.
12- CPGH Digital will reimburse the client for the total value that he pays in advance (50% of the total value of the service) if any type of technical problem arises which would prevent the completion of the work.
13- CPGH Digital customer agrees to bear, within reasonable limits, risks and imperfections or unavailability of the services, due to the technical complexity of the programs used and the multitude of possibilities of use that exist.
14- CPGH Digital reserves the right to interrupt the contracted service when it is necessary to carry out technical repairs and/or maintenance of servers and software, as well as to improve the services themselves.
15- CPGH Digital customer expressly waives to claim any responsibility, contractual or extra-contractual, or for damages for possible failures, slowness interrupted service, or errors in access and use of the contracted service.
16. CPGH Digital reserves the right to cancel the service if it detects that the customer is using it for illegal purposes.
17. CPGH Digital customer accepts these terms and conditions at the time they contract a service by paying the corresponding percentage of the value of the service in advance.
18. CPGH Digital reserves the right to update the terms and conditions.
